Refunds Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY :
This policy is part of the Master Terms of Service and uses all definitions contained within the Master Definitions Section. All references to “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “the Website”, or “the Products” carry the meanings assigned in the Master Definitions.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds or replacements may be offered for:
- Defective Products
- Damaged Products
- Incorrect items received
To qualify, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- You must provide photos/videos of damage or defect (if applicable)
- The request must be made by the original purchaser
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Opened or used Products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Final sale items (when marked as such)
Shipping fees, handling fees, duties, import taxes, and premium shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the Product was shipped incorrectly or arrives defective:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- The Company does not provide prepaid return labels
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed
If the Product is confirmed defective, replacement shipping may be covered at the Company’s discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before they have shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

MISSING, STOLEN, OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members
- Confirm the shipping address
- Wait 24 hours for potential carrier delay

The Company is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the Product is defective, we will provide a replacement or refund based on availability and inspection.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
Packages returned due to:

- Delivery failure

Shipping costs are not refunded for these cases.
NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
The Products may affect individuals differently.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with personal results or subjective experience unless the Product is defective.
