OVERVIEW

The Website may offer subscription programs (“Subscriptions”) that provide recurring deliveries of the Products at a discounted rate.
By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order unless cancelled in accordance with this policy.

AUTOMATIC BILLING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

  2. You acknowledge that Subscription pricing applies only to orders that are part of an active Subscription.

If your payment method declines or expires, the Company may attempt to process the charge again or contact you for updated payment details.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL SCHEDULE

Unless otherwise stated on the Website:

  • Subscriptions renew on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly).
  • Renewal dates are determined based on your original purchase date.
  • Renewal orders are processed and shipped automatically without further permission required.

The Company may adjust renewal dates to account for holidays, operational delays, or shipping constraints.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

Subscription discounts apply only to orders placed under an active Subscription.
If a Subscription is cancelled or paused, any subsequent purchases may be billed at standard one-time pricing.

MINIMUM ORDER COMMITMENTS

  • A minimum of Two (2) subscription cycles may be required before cancellation eligibility.

You may still request cancellation earlier by contacting customer support, but approval is not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. You must notify the Company prior to your next renewal date
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal charge is processed

Once a renewal order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be applied retroactively. The order will be fulfilled and delivered as scheduled.

FAILED RENEWALS

If a renewal payment fails:

  • The Company may reattempt billing

SHIPPING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders follow the same fulfillment timelines as standard orders.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

The Products may affect individuals differently. Subscription refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with personal results or subjective experiences unless the Product is defective.
